At Kingbriefs, we believe your first experience should be nothing short of first-class. That's why we offer a comfort guarantee for first-time customers — terms apply.

Try it on: Order your first pair and put our Zero-G™ technology to the test.

Keep the first pair: If you're not satisfied with the fit or feel, you may keep the first pair — no return needed for that item.

Return the rest: For multi-item bundles, the guarantee applies exclusively to the first pair tried. To receive an eligible refund for the remaining items, all other items must remain in their original, unopened, and unworn condition. Any additional items that have been opened or tried are ineligible for a refund.

The Details: While we cover the first tried pair, customers are responsible for return shipping on the remaining items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All guarantees are subject to the terms outlined on this page.

Does not apply to Clearance or Final Sale items.

Standard Returns

For all other returns (or returning customers), we accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with hygiene seals/bags intact) within 15 days of delivery.

Inspection: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returned items go through a hygiene inspection. Items that show signs of use (e.g., opened hygiene seals, odors, or visible wear) unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund. In such cases, we'll reach out to discuss your options.

Refunds: Once received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

Bundles & Promotions

Bundle Breaks: If your order included a bundle discount (e.g., 3-Pack or 5-Pack) and you return only part of the bundle, the bundle discount is void. The items you keep will be charged at their full individual retail price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Free Gifts: If you return an order that included a free promotional gift, you must return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at service@kingbriefs.com with your Order and reason for return.

Once approved, please ship your items to our designated Returns Center at the address below. Please note that this is our logistics returns facility and is separate from our corporate mailing addresses listed on our Contact Us page.
