1. How the Club Works
Welcome to the Kingbriefs Club! The smartest way to upgrade your drawer.
Service Availability: Kingbriefs subscription service is currently available only to customers in the United States. Customers outside the United States are not eligible for subscription service at this time.
Pick Your Plan: Choose between Monthly (Save 5%) or Quarterly (Save 18%). Only subscription products are eligible for these discounts.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription puts your comfort on autopilot. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your membership has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Delivery Schedule:
- Monthly: 1 pair delivered every month.
- Quarterly: 3 pairs delivered every 3 months, shipped together in one shipment.
Payment Method: Your subscription will automatically renew at your chosen interval, and your default payment method will be charged.
2. Member Perks
Being a Kingbriefs Club member comes with serious benefits:
Discounted Pricing: Subscription discounts apply exclusively to subscription products. Monthly members save 5%, and Quarterly members save 18% off standard retail prices.
Free U.S. Shipping: Subscription orders ship FREE within the United States with no minimum purchase required.
Full Control: You can cancel anytime, skip anytime, or reschedule anytime through your account or subscription management portal. You may also pause your subscription, update your delivery address, update your billing address, or manage your subscription preferences at any time.
3. Selection & Swapping
We want you to have full control over what you receive.
Customize Your Box: You will receive an email notification 3 days before your scheduled billing date. You can log in to your account or subscription management portal to change the color or size of your subscribed product. Please note that you may only change the color and size of the same subscribed product; switching to a different product is not permitted.
Default Selection: If you do not make a new selection before the billing date, your subscription will automatically renew with the same style and color as your previous shipment.
4. Billing, Cancellation, Skipping & Rescheduling
You are in the driver's seat. There are no hidden fees and no long-term contracts.
When do I get charged? You will be charged on the same day of the month that you initially signed up (for example, if you joined on the 10th, you renew on the 10th).
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or subscription management portal. Once cancelled, no future subscription renewals will be charged.
Skip Anytime: You may skip an upcoming shipment at any time through your account or subscription management portal before the order is processed.
Reschedule Anytime: You may reschedule your next billing or delivery date at any time through your account or subscription management portal before the order is processed.
Pause Anytime: You may also pause your subscription at any time if you want to take a break without fully cancelling.
The 48-Hour Rule: To avoid being charged for a shipment you do not want, please cancel, skip, pause, or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Example: If your renewal is on the 15th, please make changes by the 13th.
Changes made after the charge has processed will apply to the following cycle. We cannot refund processed subscription charges if the order has already been sent to fulfillment.
Address Changes: You may update your delivery address and billing address at any time through your account or subscription management portal, or by contacting customer service.
5. Returns & Refunds for Subscribers
First Pair Guarantee: As a new subscriber, if you do not love your very first pair, keep it. We may refund your eligible first pair according to our First Pair Guarantee. No return is necessary for the eligible first pair.
No Replacement Shipments: Subscription return or refund requests do not include replacement shipment service. If an eligible refund is approved, it will be handled according to our refund policy instead of sending a replacement item.
Subsequent Orders: For all future recurring orders, our standard return policy applies. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (unopened) to be eligible for a return within 15 days.
Wrong Size/Style? If you need to change your size or color for future orders, please update your preferences in your account or subscription management portal before your next scheduled billing date.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to re-process the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused or cancelled to prevent further issues.
7. Changes to Terms
Kingbriefs reserves the right to change the subscription benefits, discount rates, service availability, and shipping policy at our discretion. However, we will strictly abide by the pricing of your current term. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email in advance of your next billing cycle.
